This work presents a new approach that exploits existing reference models such as ESCO, eCF and NCSF (NCS Framework) as a basis for analyzing large datasets offered by existing labour analysis tools, such as the ESCO database with thousands of relationships between occupations and soft skills and the Ovate tool with millions of online job ads.
